I never use the doctors surgery unless I really need too. This year my health has deteriorated massively and it took months to figure out what was wrong with me. In the mean time I’m being slandered for making gp appointments on my app.
I was jaundice and placed on standard antibiotics when the doctor herself even stated I should have been on IV’s.
I have reason to believe the staff are checking my notes daily as I get random calls asking why have I booked an appointment they haven’t called my friend who has an appointment the same day? So why me ? Oh it’s because I’m using the service a lot this year which of course isn’t something I’m choosing to do. This is disappointing as i am on the brink now of having a mental breakdown. The staff are adding pressure on me when I’m extremely poorly. Please just leave me alone.
I’ve worked all my life and paid my national insurance. How would any of those staff members like being treated like that? Or even worse their loved ones.
We're sorry to read of your experience with the surgery. Can we please ask that you raise this through our website so that we can look into this further for you. Thank you.
With the current health issue I have the surgery has been very efficient and from the reception getting me appointments with the nurse and then the doctor to the nurse providing thorough 5 star care I am more than happy.
Thank you for your feedback, it's appreciated by the staff that you have taken the time to do this.
Complete incompetence, rudeness and ignorance all round.
We're sorry to see that you have not had a good service from us. To help and understand what went wrong can you please give us feedback on our website. Thank you.
All we wanted was a call to explain abnormal test results, it shouldn’t take over 2 weeks for this to happen, and we still haven’t spoken to a doctor about them.
Awful receptionists, dismissive, rude and incompetent. Unapologetic for mistakes and ask invasive questions which they have no right to ask without benefit of medical training. The Doctors and Nurses are actually very good if you are fortunate enough to actually get an appointment, sadly, they are completely let down by the worst receptionist team I have ever experienced at a Surgery. Or anywhere for that matter. If possible avoid like the plague.
